About CulmenOps

CulmenOps is an operations consultancy for small and mid-size manufacturers running two or more systems that don't communicate cleanly.

Most plants have the same hidden problem: the production system, the inventory system, and the tools holding them together were each bought separately, by different people, at different times. Nobody owns the seam between them. That's where capital leaks, through phantom inventory, manual re-entry, stale data, and reports nobody can produce on demand.

We find the leak, put a dollar figure on it, and build the fix using modern automation and AI tooling, without touching your ERP or replacing any existing system.

Our process starts with a free Capital Leak Scan: a structured diagnostic that maps where your systems disagree and what it's costing you. If the problem is technical, we build the fix on a fixed-fee basis. If it's a people or process problem, we tell you that plainly instead of selling you software that won't solve it.

A decade of manufacturing operations and CX leadership, plus hands-on AI development experience. We've stood on the floor and shipped the code.
