Cubex Systems Pty Ltd

bCubex (Cubex Systems Pty Ltd) is a boutique AI engineering and data consultancy that embeds with your team to solve the problem behind the problem. We don't hand you an off-the-shelf tool and walk away — we work from inside your business, with your data and your rules, and leave you something your team can actually run.

We deliver three services:

Discovery — we find the real problem, and the real opportunity, before anyone writes code.

Data & Decisions — decision analytics that gives you answers, not dashboards: the true drivers in your data and a recommendation you can defend to your board or regulator.

Generative AI & Agents — LLM and agentic workflows built on AWS, tested against your reality, with a human always in the loop.

What sets us apart:

We're AWS-native and model-neutral. We build on AWS and choose the best model for your problem through Amazon Bedrock, so you get AWS's backbone without being locked to a single AI provider. You also work directly with two senior, AWS-certified engineers, bringing business-analysis rigour and financial-modelling depth alongside the engineering, across a decade of work in finance, regulated industries and data-heavy operations.

No account managers, no juniors, no hand-offs. Based in Melbourne, Australia, with a delivery base in Pakistan.
