Constant Hire is the recruiting partner for DTC, ecommerce, and CPG brands. We hire across the whole org, not one function: growth and performance marketing, retention, creative, ecommerce and site, sales, CX, merchandising, supply chain, operations, and finance.

We are not a generalist firm that added an ecommerce vertical. This is the only market we work in. We know the tools, the channels, and the people, so when you brief us on a role we are not learning your business from scratch. Our team is built from ex-marketers, sales reps, and brand operators. They have run the campaigns and carried the numbers, so they can tell the difference between a candidate who knows the vocabulary and one who has done the work. Expect a high standard on the shortlist.

How it works. We start with a kickoff call to get aligned on the role, the team, and what success looks like six months in. From there you get your first qualified interview within five days. Not five days to a longlist, five days to a conversation with someone worth hiring.
