Connection Lab is the Center for Human Engagement — where communication, performing arts, and ontological coaching converge to help people lead, present, and relate with full engagement.

For over a decade, we've partnered with organizations and individuals who sense that something is missing in how their teams show up — in the room, on stage, and in the conversations that matter most. What participants discover is that when humans truly connect, teams collaborate more effectively, leaders emerge, and cultures shift. It turns out these are competencies we can identify.

Our experiential programs — offered online and in-person, for individuals and enterprise teams — go beyond skill-building to develop the whole person who communicates. Drawing on decades of experience in the performing arts and ontological inquiry, we created the Communication Lab: a container for transformational development where participants discover their voice, body, story, and ability to create great relationships.

The Connection Lab Pass app extends the experience beyond the workshop — sustaining learning, building shared language, and keeping individuals growing and teams aligned long after the program ends.
