Coder Crew builds custom AI and automation for established small businesses. How we work: every engagement starts with a paid audit, not a proposal. One week inside your operation, ending with a working demo of AI handling a piece of your actual workflow and a build plan with real prices. The fee is credited in full toward the build and refunded if we find nothing worth automating. Builds are fixed-price with a written go-live date; miss the date and you don't pay. We don't sell hourly development. Our flagship After-Hours Answer System is $5,000 to $10,000 fixed, installed on your existing number and live in 14 days.
