How engagements start: a 30 to 45 minute discovery call, then a paid scoping sprint of 1 to 3 weeks that ends with a backlog, architecture outline and budget range. Builds then run as fixed-scope projects, monthly retainers or a dedicated product team.

Core hours are Central European time: full working-day overlap with UK and EU teams and 4 to 5 hours of live overlap with the US East Coast. Documentation, tickets and decisions are all in English.
