Cocha Technology is a cybersecurity and fractional CISO firm serving law firms, oil and gas companies, medical device manufacturers, and PE-backed businesses across the United States. We were founded on a simple observation: most mid-market organizations in regulated industries carry more data exposure than they realize, and their current IT setup isn't built to find it. Our work starts where most security conversations don't. Before recommending a tool or writing a policy, we look at what's already exposed inside your Microsoft 365 environment — overshared SharePoint libraries, ungoverned Teams channels, email archives accessible to the wrong people. That's where the real risk lives, and it's almost always there before any AI tool enters the picture. From there we build.
