Clarmaj

Clarmaj is a Portuguese marketing agency that works exclusively with industrial SMEs. Based in Maia, in the Porto district, we serve metalworking and CNC machining, moulds and plastic injection, metallurgy and foundry, structural metalwork, industrial equipment and automation, textiles and packaging, across Greater Porto and northern Portugal.

The restriction to industry is deliberate. Our founder, Joao Ribeiro, ran production units for fourteen years before starting the agency and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Nobody has to explain to him what a geometric tolerance is, why setup time drives the price of a one-off part, or what changes in a quote when the buyer requires EN 1090 certification.

We measure our work in requests for quotation, not in reach or followers. Services: technical websites with machine park specifications, capacities and certifications; quote forms that accept CAD files; B2B lead generation; LinkedIn prospecting to purchasing, production and maintenance managers; Google Ads structured by manufacturing process; and sales CRM implementation.

Every engagement starts with a free thirty-minute diagnostic, on the factory floor or by call. It produces a one-page document naming the three points where the company is losing requests for quotation. If the problem is response time rather than lead generation, we say so and there is no proposal.
