CJM Investment Property Advisors

CJM Advisors is a full-service commercial real estate appraisal and advisory firm. Carl J. (Chuck) Munson, MAI, ASA, AI-GRS, formed the precursor to CJM Advisors, C.J. Munson & Associates, Inc. in 1988. A recent name change to CJM Advisors was intended to better reflect the company’s collegial nature, with several senior appraisers nearing completion of requirements for the MAI designation.
