Engagements start with an AI Readiness Audit, a two-to-four-week diagnostic that maps your data, workflows, team, and stack against what AI can actually do, delivered as a scored, sequenced plan.

>AI for Operations. We turn operational data into decisions and remove manual work. This includes dashboards and decision-grade analytics built on client data warehouses, pipeline and warehouse buildouts, cross-tool workflow automation, and multi-agent systems built on the Anthropic Claude Agent SDK with custom Model Context Protocol servers and knowledge graphs and context graphs for structured domain memory.
