About Cadre Crew

Cadre Crew is a Florida-based company founded in 2012 that runs the operations behind growing businesses on GoHighLevel and HubSpot. We put a certified platform operator in the seat, deploy AI on the same shift, and give every account one Ops Lead who owns the result. The four pillars ship together: workflows, automations, AI, and seats. You keep the instance, we run it.

Tier 1 is the System Install, a one-time $3,000 build that wires your CRM the way it should have been wired on day one. Tier 2 is the Embedded Operator at $1,995 a month, a human operator paired with our Elite AI Setter on the same pipeline. Tier 3 is the Dedicated Crew starting at $4,500 a month, a full pod under one accountable Ops Lead for when the whole company depends on the system running right.

The work runs on the platform you already own. We do not sell hours. We sell the machine, and we stay accountable for it.
