ByteBound builds websites and web applications for real estate: agency sites, property portals and listing marketplaces, together with the back end that keeps them fed with data.

We write the code. We do not buy a theme and bolt a listings plugin on top, because that arrangement starts coming apart once there are a few hundred properties in the database and someone wants to filter them properly.

Most of our work involves somebody else's system. Our clients' listings live in ASARI, the CRM that most Polish agencies run on, and putting them on a website is not a one-time import. It is a scheduled sync that maps their fields onto ours, survives the records that arrive malformed, and keeps running with nobody watching it. That is the part of these projects that usually breaks, and it is the part we are good at.

We are a two-person studio. One of us runs the client side - scope, specification, pricing, and staying on the project until it ships. The other is our CTO and writes the code. You talk to the people doing the work.

Next.js, React, TypeScript and Node by default. PHP and WordPress where a client already runs on it, built custom rather than assembled from plugins. PostgreSQL underneath. REST APIs, webhooks and scheduled jobs wherever data has to move between systems.

We stay after launch. Two of our projects run on monthly retainers, which means we are still responsible for the code we shipped.

Meetings and requirements can be held in English, French or German.
