Why founders get it wrong

The 10% rate is the easy part. Records must be kept in Bulgarian and in BGN for ten years. Annual statements are due 30 June. Non-EU owners usually need a VAT representative before they can trade. Incorporation is not permission to operate in a regulated sector. We handle the parts that are not on the brochure.
