Actuamos como dirección externa de riesgo: definimos quécontroles corresponden, en qué orden y con qué prioridad, y verificamoscon evidencia que quedaron bien implementados. No instalamos ni operamosherramientas; esa ejecución la hace el equipo de TI del cliente o untercero especializado, bajo nuestra dirección.

El trabajo se ancla en la normativa chilena, la Ley 21.719 de datospersonales y la Ley 21.663 Marco de Ciberseguridad, y en los marcos ISO27001 y NIST CSF 2.0. Cada cliente cuenta con un panel donde ve susriesgos, vulnerabilidades, controles y avance de cumplimiento, más unreporte ejecutivo mensual.
