Sourcing: We will proactively search for highly qualified candidates using both active and passive methods including direct sourcing, referrals, community engagement and ads on our network including LinkedIn, Facebook, LINE, Google Jobs, Discord, and Indeed. Your jobs will also be listed on our website.

Screening: Our thorough screening process allows us to assess the qualifications, experience, and suitability of the candidates, ensuring that only the most qualified individuals are presented to you. We aim to understand the role and what a workday for this employee would look like at your company.

Shortlisting: We will present you with only the most promising candidates, and include all the necessary candidate information you require for an application, such as a CV, current or expected salary, and earliest start date. Let us know the info you need.

Interview Coordination: We want to make the interview process as convenient as possible for you. Once you have reviewed the shortlisted candidates, we will gladly assist in coordinating remote or onsite interviews.
