As we see it, design is talking, thinking, and tinkering—plus a good scoop of magic.With more than ten years in the branding business, we still have a sense of purpose. We could also say we’re not going anywhere, but this is not entirely true: we keep evolving. That is one of the things which make our clients and their brands evolve too when working with us—and the experience we’ve gained allows us to focus on what matters most, quickly identifying relevant risks, opportunities, and room to grow. No matter who’s partnering with us and at what stage they’re reaching out, mutual understanding has got to be the starting point. In order to actually design anything, we need to fully grasp the perspectives of all the other parties involved: both those in charge of the brand and the current and future audiences and consumers. Offering broad competence, we always suggest a scope of service tailored to do the brand as much good as possible—and the one thing that works every single time is a fresh outlook. To retain that, we pursue several projects away from our desks and beyond contracts. Think of those as our means of self-help and work-life balance.
