BitBag is a software house that provides tailor-made eCommerce platforms with the entire infrastructure - from creating eCommerce platforms through the implementation of PIM and CMS systems to developing custom eCommerce applications, B2B solutions, and migration from other platforms.

BitBag delivers advanced eCommerce solutions on top of Sylius (an eCommerce framework based on Symfony) and Shopware. Our technology stack is complemented by solutions such as Alokai, Pimcore, Akeneo, Ergonode, and Sulu CMS. We are the leading Sylius vendor partner, which makes us experienced in delivering clean, stable & scalable projects on top of it.

We are huge fans of writing clean and reliable code. We deliver using BDD, DDD & Event Storming methodologies whenever we need them. We do our best to choose the right tools for the right job - that is why we always try to understand the business before we get our hands dirty so that our clients get the best match for their needs.

At BitBag we also love open-source. We are the authors of the most commonly used Sylius open-source plugins like the Content Management System, PSP integrations, Marketing Automation tools, and many more.

For more complex projects, we fulfill our eCommerce stack with Ibexa for content management, Pimcore/Akeneo/Ergonode for Product Information & Data Assets Management, and the Symfony framework itself - for more complex microservices. We are also in love with PWA. For this purpose, we use Alokai - an open-source store skeleton compatible with Progressive Web App.

We work with clients from all over Europe, so to give our clients the best possible value and understand their needs in the right way, our eCommerce advisors are fluent in English and German. Most of our developers speak English and/or German. Every project manager at BitBag is a native English speaker, in most cases - both English & German.
