Founded in 2020, Bidbat is a UK-based virtual assistant agency known for our highly skilled, creative, and passionate remote assistants. We’re super careful about who joins our team. During the recruitment process, every candidate has to take part in a rigorous multi-step assessment process, which includes psychometric and personality assessments, numerical and verbal reasoning tests, communication evaluations, and job simulation. As a result, only a small percentage of the participants make it who are really extraordinary.
