B&G Collective

B&G Collective is a paid media and growth marketing agency for contractors, remodelers, builders, and home service businesses. We are based in the Richmond, Virginia area and work with clients across the United States.

We manage Google Ads, Local SEO, landing pages, and conversion tracking for companies that sell high-ticket projects: kitchen and bath remodeling, whole-home renovation, design-build, additions, roofing, and specialty trades. Most of our clients came to us after an agency spent their budget on clicks that never turned into signed contracts.

What we do differently:

Lead quality over lead volume. We build offline conversion tracking that pushes qualified leads and closed jobs back into Google Ads, so campaigns optimize toward booked work instead of raw form fills.

Tight match type control. We weight campaigns toward exact match and use broad match sparingly. This runs against Google's default recommendation and it is the main reason our clients stop paying for unqualified searches.

Offer and messaging first. Before we touch a campaign, we work on what you are actually selling and why a homeowner should call you instead of the other three estimates. We use our Booked Out Blueprint framework to map that out.

Design and development in house. Websites, landing pages, and branding are built by our own team in Webflow, so the ad and the page it sends people to are built together.
