The Bernson Group began lending in Atlanta, Georgia and expanded to Charleston, South Carolina and Richmond, Virginia. This positions us in three strong housing markets, with low inventories of under 3 months compared to a national average of 6 months. We are efficient and effective so we can continually assist builders in growing their business.
