Beneloo

Beneloo (Hakuna Matata SRL, based near Brussels, Belgium) is a Belgian operational AI operator. We help Belgian SMEs, local authorities and public organisations free their teams from sterile administrative tasks: operational audit and quantification of wasted time, targeted AI automation compliant with GDPR and the EU AI Act, and team training for full autonomy.

Our method has three steps: we identify what exhausts your teams, we eliminate it with compliant AI tools, and we train your people to run those tools themselves — no vendor lock-in. Client data stays in the EU (hosted outside the US CLOUD Act), with systematic human oversight and alignment with the Belgian BE-AIFA framework.

We are not an API reseller: we own the full value chain. Our conviction — AI does not replace people, it frees them from what drains them. We serve clients across Wallonia and Brussels, in French, English and Dutch.
