BDL Consulting helps early-stage B2B companies build a predictable pipeline engine. We typically work across:

• ICP + positioning (who you sell to, and why they should care),
• Messaging + playbooks (how you pitch, how you run discovery, how you follow up),
• RevOps + CRM setup (HubSpot hygiene, lifecycle stages, dashboards, reporting),
• Outbound pipeline generation (lists, sequences, cold email/calling motions),

Hiring support (recruiting and onboarding your first BDM/AE/SDR).

Mostly startup and scale-up B2B teams who need to move from inconsistent founder-led sales to a repeatable sales motion. If you're selling a complex product, have a long-ish sales cycle, or need cleaner forecasting and pipeline movement — we're a fit.

BDL Consulting is GTM execution + systems + pipeline motion: We design the commercial engine, build the operating system behind it, and help you run it. We're close to revenue: pipeline creation, conversion, reporting, and repeatability.

Do you do outbound for us, or teach us how to do outbound?

Either — depending on what you need. If you have no outbound motion, we can build it and run it with you. If you already have reps, we can fix the strategy, improve conversion, and install a process that your team can execute. Most clients start with a "build + run" phase, then transition to internal ownership.
