BaseTech is the software studio of Code Art Web Solutions S.R.L., a Romanian company that builds custom business infrastructure for teams that have outgrown off-the-shelf tools. Instead of forcing your operations into a rigid product, we design software around the way your business actually runs.

Our work spans six lines: bespoke ERP systems, SaaS applications, AI agents and workflow automation, AI/RAG solutions built on your own data, programmatic SEO platforms, and web-scraping and data pipelines. A typical engagement starts from a real operational bottleneck and ends with a system your team relies on daily.

We build on a modern, well-supported stack: Next.js and React on the front end, TypeScript everywhere, MongoDB for data, and the Vercel AI SDK with Google's Gemini models for AI features. Everything ships on infrastructure you own, with zero vendor lock-in.

For Romanian clients we pay particular attention to local realities such as e-Factura and ANAF e-reporting, building ERP and SaaS integrations that keep invoicing compliant without slowing anyone down.
