Barq Dev builds AI systems that run in production. We work on AI agents, RAG pipelines, and LLM automation for healthcare, hospitality, and B2B SaaS.

We started in 2023, based in Lahore, Pakistan. The team is founding engineers and fractional CTOs. We've finished 75+ projects at a 98% satisfaction rate, and our leadership includes a founding engineer from a Y Combinator startup. Some of it handles a million API calls a day.

WHAT WE BUILD

AI agents and workflow automation - Multi-agent systems with tool calling and memory. They handle document processing, CRM enrichment, lead qualification, and multi-step work nobody has to sit and watch. Built on LangChain, LangGraph, and CrewAI.

RAG and intelligent search - Retrieval-augmented generation for document Q&A, internal knowledge bases, and search over your own data. We work with Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, pgvector, and Chroma.

AI product development - MVP to production: Python backends, auth, billing, REST APIs, async workers, and the AI layer on top. Architected so you're not paying for a rewrite at Series A.

Web and mobile - React, Next.js, and React Native front ends for AI products. We also build custom software when nothing off the shelf fits.

Healthcare - HIPAA-compliant SaaS, EHR integrations, clinical document intelligence, and admin automation for eyecare and cardiology platforms.

Hospitality and consumer - Members-club platforms, booking and concierge systems, and consumer AI apps for premium networks in the UAE and US.

HOW WE WORK

Most AI projects fail at the architecture stage. The model works fine on its own, then breaks the moment it meets real data and real edge cases. We plan for that from the start, with fallback handling, cost controls, latency budgets, and logging you can actually read.
