AyoobAI Ltd

AyoobAI is a Newcastle-based AI automation company that builds fully bespoke AI systems from scratch for enterprise and government clients. We do not resell, integrate, or configure off-the-shelf AI tools. Every system we deliver is purpose-built, proprietary, and owned by AyoobAI, with clients receiving full usage rights under licence.

Our engagements follow a proven 16-week phased delivery process underpinned by our Reverse Snowball methodology, which targets the highest-impact automation challenge first to generate immediate, measurable ROI before expanding across the organisation.

AyoobAI holds ISO 27001:2022 and Cyber Essentials certifications, and is an appointed supplier on the UK Government’s RM6200 AI Dynamic Purchasing System. We operate across the UK and the UAE, serving clients in defence, government, property, environmental consulting, healthcare, education, and catering sectors.

We retain IP ownership of all systems we build, ensuring continuous improvement, long-term support, and a productisation pathway that benefits every client in our portfolio.
