AWPTech is a managed IT services provider based in Troy, New York, serving small and mid-sized organizations across New York's Capital Region. We provide onsite support throughout Albany, Rensselaer, Schenectady, and Saratoga counties, with remote support available nationwide.

Managed IT: 24/7 monitoring, patch management, helpdesk support, user administration, and vendor coordination.

Cybersecurity: endpoint protection, email security, firewall management, multi-factor authentication, vulnerability assessment, and security awareness training for staff.

Cloud and Microsoft 365: tenant management, migrations, Azure infrastructure, and backup and disaster recovery with tested restore procedures.

AI and automation: Microsoft Copilot deployment, workflow automation, and practical guidance on which AI investments are worth making.

Web development: custom websites, hosting, and ongoing maintenance.

HOW WE WORK

No long-term contract is required to get started. Month-to-month and annual agreements are both available, and we would rather earn a renewal than enforce one.
