Auxano Productions is a full-service advertising and marketing agency in Edmonton, Alberta, founded in 2020 by Avdhoot Nazarkar. We pair performance marketing with cinematic production quality, and integrate AI across every service we offer.

We specialize in clinics, medspas, healthcare providers and wellness brands, where compliance-aware marketing matters, alongside restaurants, e-commerce and local Edmonton businesses.

Our work spans brand strategy and positioning, paid advertising across Meta, Google and YouTube, social media management, cinematic video production, photography, and web design. We handle scripting, shooting and editing in-house.
