Ashton Tuff

I'm Ashton, a Calgary-based freelance 3D artist and graphic designer specializing in custom product visualization, packaging mockups, and motion content for brands and branding agencies.

My background is in graphic design, which means everything I make is grounded in strong design fundamentals before it ever gets to the rendering stage. Over time I moved into motion and animation, which led me to 3D — and I haven't looked back since!! I handle everything myself, from modelling and texturing to lighting and final render, which keeps the process tight, consistent, and collaborative.

I work primarily with consumer brands and branding agencies as a contractor, creating custom 3D mockups for product launches, case studies, and award submissions. Unlike smart object templates or AI-generated visuals, everything I build is made from scratch to match the exact dimensions, materials, and brand world of each project. The result is visuals that feel as considered as the work they're presenting.

Whether it's packaging in a real environment, a logo coming to life, or a product in motion — I love finding the visual that makes someone stop scrolling and actually look.
