Artifact Agency

Artifact is a market-entry agency in Almaty, Kazakhstan. We work with foreign manufacturers, equipment suppliers and brands that want to sell in the CIS and Central Asia but have no local team yet.

The engagement starts with a one-month Pilot: demand and competitor analysis, a distributor map by country, local positioning, a localized landing page with SEO, one or two B2B channels set up and run, photo and video content, first distributor outreach, and an honest go/no-go read on the market. From month two, the Growth phase adds active business development, an ongoing content programme, warm-up of B2B contacts and a reported pipeline of warm distributor contacts handed to the client's own team.

We don't sell or hold the client's product. We connect the brand with the partners who will: distributors and brand representatives. The digital assets built during the work stay with the client.

Five specialist teams cover the work under one contract: strategy, production, channels and traffic, client-facing (translation and inquiry handling in the buyer's language), and management. Working languages are English and Russian.

We work with companies only, not individual consumers, and we turn down gambling, weapons, drugs, fur and leather regardless of budget.
