About ARBO China Procurement
ARBO acts as the China-side procurement team for global brands, importers, and manufacturers buying from China. We represent the buyer from supplier discovery through direct Mandarin outreach, factory-versus-trader verification, quote and MOQ comparison, commercial negotiation, samples, factory meetings, and production follow-up. Since February 2026, we have supported six paying clients, including three ongoing engagements. In one supplier reset, we reduced unit cost by 47%, moved the buyer from a trading company to direct-factory cooperation, and supported 400,000 units ordered with another 200,000 in procurement. Current experience includes supplements and beauty, pet products, packaging, accessories, machinery, and industrial components. ARBO is paid by the buyer and takes no hidden supplier commissions.
