AppDelegate builds the mobile and cloud layer for products where the hard part isn't the screen — it's what's behind it. Bluetooth LE and Wi-Fi companion apps written down to the raw device protocol, non-custodial crypto wallets, on-device machine learning, and apps that stay fast at half a million users.

We're a team of 15 senior engineers and designers in Sarajevo, working in CET with full overlap with Nordic and DACH hours. The same core team has worked together for seven years — the people who scope your project are the people who build it.

What we do: native iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin); Flutter and React Native; backends in .NET, Java/Spring, Go and Node on Azure and AWS; IoT and hardware-connected apps (BLE, Wi-Fi, device SDKs); on-device ML with Core ML and Vision; AI/LLM backends including RAG and text-to-SQL; legacy modernisation and API migrations. Architecture through App Store and Play release to long-term maintenance.

Selected work: a connected bed platform serving roughly 200,000 users; IoT control systems for heating hardware; a news platform with 500,000+ downloads; a workplace app at 130,000+ users; sports data on iOS; a fleet app used across the EU. We also modernised a ten-year-old iOS app from Objective-C to Swift for an audience of 500,000+.

Who we work best with: funded startups and scaleups in the Nordics, Switzerland, Austria and the wider EU — particularly hardware and IoT companies, fintech and crypto products, and teams who have an AI-built prototype that now needs to become production software.
