Apogee Agency

Apogee is a boutique affiliate and partnership marketing agency founded in 2009. We manage affiliate, creator, and performance PR programs for mid-sized DTC, consumer, and B2B brands, with particular depth in food, health, CPG, and e-commerce.

Every program is led by founder Greg Hoffman and president Lynsey Kmetz, not junior teams or automation. We handle strategy, recruiting, onboarding, commission structure, compliance, and ongoing optimization across Impact, Awin, CJ, Rakuten, Refersion and other platforms. We build partner mixes around funnel roles, not around whoever applies, and we actively manage attribution so the partners doing the real work get rewarded for it.

Greg is the author of Think Like an Affiliate Manager (2026), a book on the judgment, relationships, and operational discipline behind programs that last.

Apogee also offers organic Reddit marketing as a national service. We build and manage branded subreddits, develop community engagement strategies, and create content designed to earn visibility in both search results and AI-generated answers. Reddit has become search infrastructure, and we treat it that way.

In our home market of Pensacola, Florida, we provide marketing communications and digital marketing for local businesses, including social media management, website development, email newsletters, local PR, event management, and the strategic planning that ties it all together.

We are selective about engagements. The affiliate channel takes 12 to 24 months to mature, and we say so up front. Clients who treat marketing as a partnership see the work compound. Those are the clients we want.
