I have worked in SEO since 2010. When I first started, I was fortunate to work on large E-commerce brands like Argos, The Range and Furniture Choice. I started within a link building and outreach role before being promoted to an SEO Executive role. I’ve also worked for one of the UK’s largest exhibition stand and events suppliers Marler Hayley.

After working within agencies for several years, I moved to an in-house role at Furniture World. One of the south west’s largest independent furniture retailers.

Whilst working for Furniture World, having been hired for SEO, my role expanded to also include PPC, Paid Social Media Advertising and Newsletter marketing; upon which, I developed an engaged social media profile of 5+k on Facebook, increased organic traffic more than 650% in year1 and implemented paid advertising including retargeting. Culminating in over £1m in revenue being driven through a formerly non-transactional website.

I am now offering a freelance SEO service that enables me to work on a multitude of projects. I can assist agencies with ad hoc SEO tasks as well as work with businesses on full digital marketing journeys combining all of my years of experience.
