AIQ Consulting Group is a Vancouver-based business and technology consulting agency helping British Columbia small businesses and nonprofits automate their workflows using AI.

Founded in 2008 and rebranded as AIQ Consulting Group in 2023, AIQ draws on 15+ years of technology and consulting experience. It works with organizations of 1–50 employees that know AI adoption is coming but aren't sure where to start, or that have tried AI tools and found them unreliable. The answer is always the same: start with the process workflow, not the AI software.

AI Agent Assistants — Custom agents built on the 6 Ws Framework for process mapping and Zoned Knowledge Architecture (Public, Operational, Private data zones). Connected to existing tools via MCP integration. Typical week-one result: up to 20% of redundant admin steps removed.

AI-Visible Websites — Dual-layer Wix websites combining a conversion-focused human interface with a structured machine-readable data layer (ai-manifest.md) that helps AI search engines — ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity — accurately surface the business.

AI Change Management and Training — Practical programs that shift staff from manual task execution to supervising AI systems. Delivered through live coaching and the AIQ Learning Series on Thinkific (courses from free to $495).
