▸ AI-Ready Operating Memory Build - a 30–45 day build of the operating memory plus an assistant for one scoped area. Agreed acceptance test: the assistant must answer 25–50 of your real operational questions from your own context, or the system isn't done. We're not a transformation team selling slideware.
