3rd Element Consulting is a standards-led managed IT and cybersecurity provider based in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, serving privately owned businesses with 25 to 250 employees across Central Pennsylvania and nationwide. Founded in 2005 and still run day to day by co-founders Dawn Sizer (CEO) and Dave Sizer (COO/CTO), the company holds every client environment to a documented, CIS Controls-aligned standard rather than fixing problems as they come up. There is no Level 1 support tier and no outsourced technicians: every ticket goes to someone who can resolve it directly, and the same team that designs the standard is the team on-site.
