11 Marketing + Design

11 Marketing + Design is a digital marketing agency in Amarillo, Texas that helps local and regional businesses get found on Google, get chosen by AI search engines like ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, and Perplexity, and convert more visitors into customers. Founded in 2017 by Walter Steelman, the agency was voted Best Advertising and Marketing Agency in the 2024 Best of Amarillo Community Choice Awards and received a $100,000 grant in the 2022 Amarillo EnterPrize Challenge.

We work from two offices: Amarillo, Texas (headquarters) and Lubbock, Texas. From there we serve the Dallas-Fort Worth, Albuquerque, and Kansas City metros along with clients nationwide.

Our six service pillars are SEO, AI Search Optimization, Website Design, PPC and Paid Media, Social Media Management, and Branding and Design.

Representative client results:

Advanced BioCell has held the #1 Los Angeles ranking for "High Dose Ozone Therapy" for 10 consecutive years on Google Business.

AW Broadband generated 19,000 new website users and 3,649 phone calls from its Google Business Profile in the first six months of 2026.

Jasper Plumbing grew organic traffic 55.2% year over year in Google Analytics and increased inbound phone calls 133%.

What sets us apart: most agencies still optimize only for Google's blue links. We optimize for both. AI Search Optimization is a distinct discipline that involves restructuring content for large language model retrieval, building citation-worthy entity pages, and earning brand mentions across third-party sources that LLMs trust. We have been doing this work since before most agencies named it as a service.
