WeAreFuture is an AI transformation partner for mid-market and enterprise companies that want business results, not AI chaos. We help them design, build, and run AI systems in production - as one team, accountable for the outcome.

We were built for AI transformation, not a software agency that pivoted into it. Our founders and leadership team led data & AI projects at PwC and Accenture, and we bring that business-first thinking to every engagement: we start in the boardroom before we touch the technology - and we don't stop until it works in production. Clients include AbbVie, Henkel, Jeronimo Martins, Olympus, Stock, PZU and SMAY, across manufacturing, finance, pharmaceuticals and retail.

We support clients end-to-end. We find the high-impact AI opportunities, define the strategy, build the agents and data integrations, and deploy and scale them in production - with no silos between consultants, business, and IT.

Our most developed area is agentic AI: agents that automate B2B quoting and document-heavy workflows, knowledge assistants that answer from a company's own documents, legacy-system automation, on-premise AI for regulated industries.

We are an Anthropic Partner and Microsoft Solutions Partner, and a partner of the PFR (Polish Development Fund) and IAB Poland. We are multi-vendor agnostic - Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Mistral, the Polish Bielik model - and our flagship AI SYSTEM is our own 5-phase transformation framework: Discover, Educate, Govern, Build, Scale.

Recent results: 88% active AI adoption at a 500-person manufacturer, RFQ response time cut from 5-7 days to ~2 days with a production agent, assistant adoption raised from 12% to 90% at a top-10 pharmaceutical company, and 85-90% process automation on a legacy ERP in finance.
