VR TECH is a Kazakhstan-based technology company that develops custom solutions for automating customer communications and business processes. We create text and voice bots, communication workflows, CRM integrations, and backend systems using Python, n8n, APIs, webhooks, and specialized messaging and voice platforms.

Our solutions help businesses process inquiries 24/7, reduce missed requests, automate repetitive tasks, create and qualify leads, schedule services, send notifications, and transfer complex conversations to employees. We integrate WhatsApp, Telegram, websites, telephony, and other communication channels with Bitrix24, amoCRM, 1C, and other corporate systems.

We work mainly with B2B clients in Kazakhstan and Central Asia. Operating since 2022, we provide the full project cycle—from business-process analysis and technical design to implementation, testing, support, and further development.
