TechPods is a British / Bulgarian technology talent Co-Sourcing company with offices in London UK, and Sofia Bulgaria. We help companies of all sizes access an abundant pool of tech talent, via two simple models; Dedicated Team & On-Demand, enabling our clients to scale with ease. TRANSPARENCY is in everything we do.

By using TechPods, businesses are able to cut costs by up to 50% compared with sourcing internally, or using local contractors.

DEDICATED TEAM: Lead times vary depending on talent category i.e. Mid-Senior level JavaScript or Java developers are "Category 1", with lead times ranging from 1-5 weeks. Senior developers are "Category 2" with lead times ranging from 6-8 weeks. Senior developers within more boutique programming languages (Scala) are "Category 3", with lead times ranging from 10-16 weeks. Lead times = the time it takes us to hire engineers and have them ready to start in the team.

ONDEMAND TEAM: Lead times within the TechPods OnDemand Team range from 1-4 weeks. This team consists of Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior Developers, with a wide range of technology skillsets.
