A wholly owned subsidiary of full-service executive search firm The Energists, the Tall Trees’ team comprises experienced specialist recruiters who understand the needs of both candidates and hiring managers. This niche focus, efficient recruiting processes, and a proprietary database of more than 27,000 contacts afford efficient sourcing of hard-to-hire individual contributors and supervisory talent for leading organizations across our focus sectors. Who we hire: Engineering, Science, EPC, Field Staff, Supporting Functions We speak the same industry language as candidates, and this builds our credibility and results in higher response rates when we initiate contact. We have access to talent others can’t reach, including passive candidates, expanding our talent pool beyond our extensive established database. We aim to build lasting partnerships with our clients, learning their current talent challenges and long-term vision. Combined with our domain expertise, this lets us personalize our service to their exact needs and offer flexible terms on a per-role basis. We also offer complementary services, including interim and fractional hiring. For many searches, we can provide a short list of candidates within 5-15 days of our initial meeting and begin the offer negotiation stage in as little as three weeks from the start of our search.
