## About

Talando is a British tech company of Ukrainian origin.

Being a co-founder of Talando I did my best to unite dozen years of each team member in the HR tech niche (recruitment and products), automatic solutions, and human approach. This combination helps us in building products and services that best fulfil our client’s business needs.“Talan” is a Ukrainian word that has different meanings: it means talent from one side and fortune and faith from the other. “Do” is literally a preposition, means “for”. So that together it results in “talent for something” and symbolizes actions that are taken with those talents: we invite them to world-changing products, unite in different teams, grow their professionalism and let them express their inner self on maximum. We have gathered the most experienced HR consultants that assure full cycle service regarding HR niche for product tech companies of any size. Our values are trust, impact, quality and globality, making the world a better place to live in.With a total of 50+ years of experience, our HR consultants have deep expertise in negotiations, business development, customer development. Building HR department from scratch, tuning HR and recruitment processes, providing tech recruitment services upon request building core R&D teams from scratch etc.
