Every engagement follows the same path: a BETA audit, then a fixed quote, then build and iterate, then ship and maintain. BETA is a Business Expense and Time Analysis — thirty minutes, free, and we put a real dollar figure on one workflow. That number is yours whether you hire us or not.

We build around the tools your team already uses, so there's no new stack to learn and no reason for anyone to feel replaced. Recent production work: a monthly photo-sorting workflow cut from 6–7 hours to zero at 99% accuracy, and 3 hours a week handed back to a franchise operator.

Pricing is two parts — a one-time build cost paid in three milestones, then a flat 25% share of the savings we measure, monthly, for as long as the automation runs. If it stops saving you that time, our share drops with it.
