Spencer Morley Consulting is an Edmonton-based consultancy running two practices: AI consulting and strategic communications.

Our small-business practice is a distinct practice, not an extension of our municipal work. We help Edmonton and Alberta small businesses — professional services, construction and trades, accounting, and manufacturing — get practical value from AI: workflow audits, an AI adoption roadmap, staff adoption and training, workflow automation for quoting, bookings, lead handling, customer service, and sales admin, and AI-search visibility so customers who ask an AI assistant for a recommendation actually hear your name.
