Sorrato builds AI digital employees for B2B teams.

Most companies have a list of work that nobody wants to do but somebody has to. Outbound prospecting. Invoice processing. Inbox triage. Lead enrichment. Follow-ups that fall through the cracks. We build AI employees that handle that work, so your actual team can focus on the parts that need a brain.

Each Sorrato build is custom. We don't sell software subscriptions or a generic chatbot. We design the agent around how your business already works, connect it to the tools you already use, and ship it as a production system you own.

What we build:

Sales and outreach AI — automated prospecting, hyper-personalized multi-channel outreach, CRM enrichment, meeting booking.

Back-office AI — invoice and document processing, data extraction, reporting, internal workflow automation.

Customer-facing AI — email triage, support ticket handling, lead qualification, customer communication.

Stack: Make, Supabase, Relevance AI, Claude, Browserbase, and custom code where it matters. We build with monitoring, error handling, and clean handover docs from day one.

How we work: A typical engagement starts with a 1 to 2 week diagnostic. We map your workflow, find the automation with the highest ROI, and ship a working v1 inside 30 days. From there it's your call: keep iterating with us, move to the next workflow, or take ownership in-house.

We're a small team of senior operators who code. Not a freelancer marketplace, not a body shop.
