Every product is a conversation — between a caller and an IVR, a rider and a driver, a business and the systems it depends on. Socobee engineers the software that carries them.

We work across three practices: conversational voice and contact center systems, real-time on-demand platforms, and legacy enterprise modernization.

What separates us from most firms is that we operate our own production software. Our team built and runs a live ride-hailing network handling real-time dispatch, driver payments, and identity verification, and a B2B platform that enterprise contact centers use to validate the voice systems their customers actually reach.

That operating experience shows up in the work. We know what breaks at 2am, what regulators ask for, and what a mistake costs in production — because we carry that risk ourselves.

Our voice practice is led by an engineer with over a decade running IVR operations in enterprise Genesys environments. Our senior team has delivered systems across finance, insurance, healthcare, aviation, and telecommunications for clients in the US, UK, and Asia.

We work in small senior teams with direct client access. No account managers, no junior team quietly assigned after the pitch. We scope honestly, and we'll tell you when we think an approach is wrong — including when that means a smaller engagement than you asked for.
