SocialFind is a recruitment agency based in Tilburg, the Netherlands, helping employers across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France fill their vacancies structurally. We take over the recruitment process in full or in part and run it under the client's own brand: from job marketing and employer branding to sourcing, screening and candidate follow-up. Three collaboration models: full RPO, co-sourced RPO and project RPO. We also developed Thought Leader Recruitment, our own method in which leaders within the organisation attract and approach talent themselves.
