## About

Silicon Reef is a UK-based Microsoft 365 consultancy that helps organisations get more from the Microsoft cloud, without losing sight of the people who actually use it. We design and deliver SharePoint-based digital workplaces, Power Platform applications, Microsoft 365 Copilot programmes, Copilot Agents, document management solutions and Microsoft Viva employee experiences for global enterprises, public sector bodies, universities and growing mid-market businesses. Our people-first approach means every engagement starts with listening, and every solution is built to be adopted, governed and genuinely useful day-to-day.

Our Services

We work with Internal Communications, IT and digital transformation teams to bridge the gap between people and technology. Key services include:

- SharePoint Intranet Design & Development
- SharePoint Document Management Systems
- Custom SharePoint Development
- SharePoint Migration
- Microsoft 365 Copilot Readiness
- Microsoft Copilot Agents
- Copilot & AI Governance (AI Centre of Excellence)
- Business Process Automation with Power Platform
- Power Platform Governance (Power Platform Centre of Excellence)
- Our Products

We’ve developed Beacon, our SharePoint product suite that sits seamlessly within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and enhances the out-of-the-box SharePoint experience. Beacon is built with the SharePoint Framework (SPFx), runs entirely inside a client’s Microsoft 365 tenant, and is composed of modular tools.

Beacon Design - An intranet design accelerator that turns standard SharePoint pages into fully branded, accessible, magazine-style intranet experiences – without new platforms or custom code.

Beacon News - A modern news management and personalisation tool for SharePoint, allowing employees to customise their own news experience whilst internal comms teams retain central control.

Beacon Links - A personalised quick-links and business apps experience that gives employees a clean, simple way to access the tools they use most.
