The Shizz is a D2C performance marketing studio founded in 2020, with teams in Bangalore and Kolkata. We were built on one principle: create the agency we wished we had worked at — no burnout culture, no silos, no bullshizz.

We work as one integrated team: strategists, media buyers, creatives and developers on shared briefs, not siloed departments. Our services span performance marketing (Meta, Google, Amazon and quick-commerce), content and creative production (video, static, UGC), social media management, strategic consulting, and CRO/web development.

In six years we've grown 160+ D2C brands in FMCG, food & beverage, nutrition & wellness, and consumer goods — managing over ₹150Cr in ad spend and driving ₹450Cr+ in attributed revenue at a 3.8× average ROAS. We deliberately cap our live roster at 32 brands, and our average client stays 1.5 years.
