SetRise is an AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) company based in the Atlantic City area of New Jersey, helping businesses across the state and greater Philadelphia get recommended when customers ask AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude who to hire.

Search is changing. Customers are replacing the page of ten blue links with a single question to an AI assistant, and the assistant names a handful of businesses instead of returning a results page. Being ranked no longer matters if you are not the one being recommended. SetRise exists to make sure our clients are in that handful.

Every engagement starts with measurement. SetRise built EchoCheck, its own AI visibility audit engine, to ask ChatGPT and Claude the exact questions a business's customers ask, track who gets recommended, and score visibility from 0 to 100 with a prioritized action plan. Nothing is guessed. Every recommendation is backed by what the AI tools are actually saying today.

From there, SetRise builds the fix across three layers: machine readable websites with the structured data and crawler access AI tools require, plain quotable content that answers real customer questions, and citation building across the directories and sources AI models trust and cite. For businesses with no website at all, SetRise builds one from scratch, priced for local businesses rather than enterprise budgets.

SetRise was founded in March 2024 by Dominick Martino, a developer who builds every tool the company uses rather than relying on third party software. EchoCheck powers every client audit. EchoArtists applies the same methodology to musicians and independent artists. SetRise runs its own visibility program on setrise.io using the identical methods it sells to clients, so results are measurable rather than promised.

Clients include local service businesses, healthcare and dental practices, real estate teams, tree service and landscaping companies, and creators and artists building an audience.
